Scroll-V intercepts discrete mouse wheel steps on Windows and interpolates them at up to 120 FPS across Win32 and WPF applications. It runs in the system tray using around 6 MB of RAM and supports English and Vietnamese.
Tuning options
| Setting | Description | Range |
|---|---|---|
| Smoothness | Interpolation duration per wheel tick | Very Smooth to Instant |
| Scroll Speed | Distance multiplier per wheel step | 0.5x to 3.0x |
| Momentum | How far scrolling continues on fast flicks | Low to Very High |
| Glide | Tail deceleration length | Subtle to Maximum |
| Animation Curve | Deceleration profile (Linear, EaseOutQuad, EaseOutCubic, EaseOutExpo, Elastic) | Preset selector |
Per-app rules and shortcuts
You can exclude specific executables such as games or video editors from interpolation. Holding Ctrl while scrolling passes raw wheel ticks straight through so zoom shortcuts in browsers and code editors work without delay.
Requires 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 and .NET 8 Desktop Runtime.
